  由于公司业务发展需要,现需要招募一汽-大众销售有限责任公司奥迪品牌公关传播年度代理公司,敬请关注以下内容。

  1. 招募标准:

  1.1 公司注册时间:2015年1月1日前注册;

  1.2 公司性质:具有独立法人的综合类公关公司;公司注册资金1000万元人民币以上;

  1.3 公司规模:具备稳定核心团队(100人及以上,须提供最近6个月的当地社保缴纳证明且必须为招募申报公司缴纳社保);近三年内公司年度营业额不少于2亿元人民币;

  1.4 服务经验:2015年1月1日以后,至少有为1家豪华车品牌提供公关全案年度代理服务达2年以上(含2年)(需提供直接与厂家签订的合同)。公关全案年度代理服务包括:年度、半年度及季度公关传播策略策划(产品+品牌),产品传播(含新产品上市),品牌传播,企业传播,危机管理,文案撰写,媒体关系维护及拓展,媒体日常沟通,媒体合作,大型媒体活动策划及组织、实施,重要舆情分析与策略建议等。

  1.5 公司专业素质:

  · 具备豪华汽车品牌信息策略和产品公关全案服务经验;

  · 拥有稳定的公关策略、文案、媒介及活动团队;

  · 具有较强的汽车行业敏感度、行业趋势分析能力及消费者洞察能力;

  · 具有较强的传播策略分析及推导能力,较强的品牌定位、完备的竞品跟踪分析能力;

  · 具有较强的社会热点关注意识,内容策划、文案撰写及创意制作能力;

  · 熟悉掌握传媒行业发展特点、趋势,具有全新媒体环境下舆情管理的创新思路;

  · 具有较强的媒体活动创意、策划及执行能力;

  · 具备优质的第三方资源,如供应商、媒介、跨界资源等;

  · 具有独特的公关资源和业务能力,如政府关系、高层媒体关系,行业新技术的开发应用等;

  · 具有较强的危机预警及危机事件处理能力,整体危机体系建设及管理能力;

  1.6 资质要求:有效的营业执照且未超营业范围经营,具备独立承担民事责任的能力;依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金;近三年经营活动中不存在违法违纪记录,企业信用良好;愿意与一汽-大众共同预防和治理不廉洁行为并签订《廉洁合同》,遵守一汽-大众《保密及相关方安全管理规定》、《商业禁止行为规定》等;有关联关系的企业(包含但不限于法定代表人为同一人,母公司、全资子公司及其控股公司,单位负责人为同一人,总公司与分公司,直接控股或存在管理关系的)不得同时报名参与本次公开招募。

  2. 招募须知:

  2.1 签约后业务范围:一汽-大众奥迪品牌产品及品牌公关传播策略策划,公关活动、创意策划与执行,内容中心文案策划及撰写,媒体关系管理,危机管理,舆情工厂管理等业务,包括奥迪销售事业部所有业务部门与公关传播有关的工作内容;

  2.2 商业机密保护:若招募成功,该签约公司必须遵守一汽-大众汽车有限公司相关保密协议;

  3. 须提交资料:

  3.1 公司概况介绍,包括但不限于公司规模、分支机构等;

  3.2 申报表(请见附件)请如实填写贵司相关信息,加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字;

  3.3 公司资质:经年检合格的营业执照,税务登记证,组织机构代码证及其它证明材料;法人代表证明书或法人委托书;法人代表身份证、经办人身份证。(注:以上内容请提供复印件;营业执照请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息);

  3.4 公司管理机构及人员情况:管理层机构及人员介绍,策略、文案、媒介人员、活动、专家顾问介绍(数量、工作年限、工作经历、资质等)。(注:进入到讲标环节的公司需携带主讲人一年以上的社保缴纳证明原件,并确保中标后此人为奥迪品牌服务;项目团队所有核心人员及专家顾问必须出席比稿会,并提供近半年的社保缴纳证明复印件;若招募成功,参加招标团队的核心人员须保证为后续工作的实际团队,两年内核心人员流动率不高于20%,否则取消中标资格。

  3.5 目前服务的客户情况:客户服务时间、服务范围(请提供合同复印件等能说明服务情况的材料);

  3.6 近年项目案例:近3年已执行的豪华汽车品牌公关策略及整合传播方案(数量、清单及简介);近3年已执行的危机公关案例(包含企业、品牌层面重大危机事件,重大批量产品质量问题,用户抱怨或集体维权,日常负面口碑处理,经销商危机公关管理体系建立等)。

  针对3.4-3.5,除书面资料外,还请自行录制公司情况、核心人员、历史业绩介绍短片存在优盘里一并提供,时间以5分钟为限。

FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., LTD Audi PR Agency Recruitment Announcement

  With the development of business, FAW-Volkswagen Sales Co., Ltd Audi brand need to recruit PR and media management agencies. Please find detailed information as followed.

  1. Recruitment criteria:

  1.1 Company registration time: before January 1st, 2015;

  1.2 Company nature: Comprehensive PR company with independent legal person; The registered capital must be over 10 million,

  1.3 Have a stable team (more than 100 people, providing the latest 6 months of the local social security payment certificate); and the annual turnover is not less than RMB 200 million in last 3 years;;

  1.4 The serving experience: Having providing the comprehensive PR service for 1 premium brand and 1 key motor enterprises as least, not less than 2 years after January 1st, 2015. The business of comprehensive PR communication includes : full-year or half-year or seasonal PR communication strategy and plan for brand and products, products PR communication (including new product launch), brand communication, corporate communication, crisis management, PR copywriting, media relation maintaining and expanding, daily media communication, media cooperation, large-scale media event planning, organizing and executing, key public opinion analyzing and strategy suggesting.

  1.5 Company qualifications:

  · Experience of luxury brand strategies and products PR communication;

  · Stable PR strategy , copywriting ,media and event team;

  · Strong sensitivity in the auto industry, industry trend analysis and consumer insight abilities;

  · Good skill of doing communication strategy, and strong branding, competitor tracking and analyzing ability

  · Strong awareness for social hot issue, strong content planning and advertising copy writer ability;

  · Familiar with the characteristics and trends of media industry;

  · Independent activity creative and execution ability;

  · Rich third party resource, such as suppliers, media, cross border resources, etc.;

  · Unique PR resource and professional ability, such as government relations, media executives relations, new technology application, etc.

  · Strong crisis early warning and crisis management ability, crisis system building and management ability.

  1.6 Qualifications: valid business license and legal business scope, with full capacity for civil responsibility; pay taxes and social security funds according to the law; No illegal records in the past three years while have good credits; be willing to prevent illegal conduct with faw-vw and sign the "clean and honest contract", and obey confidentiality and related-party safety management regulations. Enterprises with related relationships (including but not limited to the legal representative is the same person, the parent company, the wholly-owned subsidiary and the person in charge of the holding company are the same person, the head office and the branch company directly hold or have a management relationship) may not sign up for this open recruitment at the same time.

  2. Recruitment notice:

  2.1 Business scope: FAW-VW Audi PR communication strategy and plan for brand and products, PR events creativity, planning and execution, copywriting for content center, media relations management , crisis management, public opinions factory management, etc., Audi sales division of all business departments and PR related work.

  2.2 Trade secret protection: The recruited agency should abide by related confidential agreement of FAW-VW Automotive Co,. Ltd;

  3. Required Documents:

  3.1 Company profile, including but not limited to company scale and branches, etc;

  3.2 Application form (see attachment), please truthfully fill in company information, stamp company seal and sign legal representative signature;

  3.3 Company qualification: business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other certificates that qualified annual inspection; legal representative certificate or power of attorney; ID card of legal representative and agent (note: provide copies of these documents; stamp company seal on business license and provide business license authenticity online query information );

  3.4 Company organization structure and personnel: introduction of company top management, professional personnel in field of strategy, creativity and PR event planning, copywriting, media management, as well as experts (number, working experience and qualification) . Remark: the speaker of the tender must provide the original script of social security payments of more than one year and be sure to serve Audi in the future; all professional personnel should provide the proof of social security payments of recent half year, if the recruitment is successful, the core personnel of the bidding team must be sure to serve Audi in the future. If the stuff turnover of core personnel is higher than 20% in two years, the agency qualification will be immediately cancelled;

  3.5 Current client service status: service period and scale (please provide contract copies and other proof);

  3.6 Projects in recent years: recent 3 years finished PR strategy and integrated communication proposal for luxury brand (number, detailed list and introduction); recent 3 years crisis management cases (including corporate & brand reputation, products quality problems, users right-defending, negative online reputation management, and dealers crisis management system building, etc.)

  As for 3.4-3.5, except paper copies, please provide 5 minutes video footage of company introduction, core personnel, company achievement in a USB stick.

  All the above information and documents must be truthful.
